Forms on our website

When you use any type of contact form on our website we collect and store the information you provide us with for marketing purposes such as newsletters. You can at any time choose to unsubscribe from our newsletters list. Then your data will be deleted from this list.

Zendesk support: A plugin connects our support form with our support ticket system, Zendesk support. If you make a support request through our support form, we store all pieces of information entered in our support ticket system to provide you with the best possible support further on. With the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Meridix has worked to further strengthen our protection in the process of personal data and responsible personnel have done a GDPR-education at The Swedish Data Protection Authority (DPA).
